Wayanad Specialty Blend
About Wayanad Specialty Blend
Wayanad is a plateau district nestled in the Western Ghats on the Kerala–Karnataka border. Its climate — a tropical monsoon wet season followed by cool, dry winters — creates ideal conditions for a balanced blend of Arabica and Robusta that neither dominates nor disappears.
Our blend uses a 60/40 Arabica-to-Robusta ratio, honey-processed to retain just enough fruit mucilage on the bean. The result is a medium roast with the brightness and aroma of Arabica, the body and crema of Robusta, and a natural sweetness that needs no sugar.
