About us

Indian Roasted Coffee is a brand of Gray Cup Enterprises Private Limited, operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. See our About page for more on who we are.

Products and roasting

Every lot we sell is single-origin and roasted to order in small batches. We do not hold pre-roasted stock; orders are typically roasted and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. Roast dates, weights, and grind options are shown on each product page at time of order.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order — including after confirmation — if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers. Orders are roasted only after payment is successfully confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

We ship across India; wholesale and bulk orders may have separate minimum order quantities and lead times, described on our wholesale page. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed — delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control are not our liability, though we will help track and resolve delivery issues.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Because coffee is a perishable product, returns are limited. Full details on wrong or damaged items, quality concerns, and unopened-bag returns are set out in our returns & refunds policy.

Account and website use

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or resell our content without permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is owned by or licensed to Gray Cup Enterprises Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Indian Roasted Coffee and Gray Cup Enterprises Private Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
